Delegate registration fee will include a copy (both of book-style print-out and USB memory) of the Workshop proceedings, bed and breakfast for the nights of March 30, 31 and April 1, lunches and coffee breaks on March 30 through April 2 (during the Workshop), and dinners on March 30, 31 and April 1, 2014.

Accompanying persons fee includes bed and breakfast for the nights of March 30, 31 and April 1, all lunches and dinners during the Workshop. Special excursion program will be prepared for accompanying persons.

The room and hotel charge for additional nights (e.g. on March 29 and/or from April 2) must be paid by participants themselves, the reservation and payment of which will be possible through the electronic web site to be prepared.

The registration will start from February 1, 2014. Early-bird registration closed on February 28.

Please also note that there will be some financial assistance available for attendees at the Workshop. The assistance will be reserved for research students and for delegates from countries where funding for attendance at conferences is not readily available. To apply for financial assistance, please contact Prof. Masashi Kashiwagi (iwwwfb2014@naoe.eng.osaka-u.ac.jp). Research students should send a letter from their supervisor confirming their status.
